When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project location, project details, and any photos you upload (pictures of your wall and inspiration images).
If you use our AI Wall Designer tool, the room photo you upload is processed to generate a design preview. We do not sell these photos or use them for anything other than creating your preview and, if you request a quote, preparing your estimate.
Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and we may use advertising platforms such as Google Ads that set their own cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare design suggestions and estimates, schedule and complete your project, and communicate with you about it. We may send you follow-up messages about your quote by phone, text, or email. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, website hosting, form processing, and analytics) and when required by law.
Data Retention
We keep project inquiries and related photos for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records, after which they may be deleted.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
Children
Our services are intended for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
