Design Questions
Yes. We create a design preview based on actual pictures of your wall, so you can see the concept before approving anything. This helps you choose the right style, materials, and layout with full confidence.
Not at all. Many of our clients only have a general idea. You can send us inspiration pictures from Pinterest or Instagram, or simply describe your room and we will suggest several options based on your space, furniture, wall size, and style.
Yes. We look at your flooring, cabinets, furniture, wall color, ceiling height, and overall style to suggest a design that feels like it belongs — not like something added later.
Yes. Electric fireplaces are very popular for media walls. We design the wall around the fireplace, TV, panels, trim, lighting, and shelves — all as one cohesive custom wall.
Yes. LED lighting and floating shelves can be added to many designs. We only recommend lighting where it genuinely improves the design — not just as decoration that makes the wall look cluttered.
Yes. For most media wall and TV wall projects, we can conceal visible wires and create a much cleaner result. The exact approach depends on your wall, TV location, and outlet position.
Yes. PVC marble panels, wood panels, clean trim designs, and simple lighting can make a big visual impact without building the most expensive version. We will help you get the best result for your budget.
Pricing & Estimates
The price depends on wall size, material, design complexity, painting, trim work, and any extra details. A simple accent wall will cost significantly less than a full media wall with fireplace, lighting, and cabinetry. We always provide a clear estimate before any work begins.
Media walls vary widely depending on TV size, fireplace, framing, panels, lighting, cabinets, electrical work, and finishing details. Every project is unique — send us your wall pictures and we will provide a specific estimate.
Two walls can look similar in pictures but require very different work. Wall size, height, existing outlets, fireplace type, material choice, hidden wires, cabinetry, and finishing details can all change the final cost significantly.
Yes. After we review the wall, design, materials, and full scope of work, we provide a clear estimate before the project begins. No surprises.
Yes. We can suggest different options based on your budget. A simple panel wall, a PVC marble wall, and a full custom media wall all have different price levels — we help you choose what makes the most sense.
Most custom projects require a deposit to reserve your schedule and purchase materials. The exact amount depends on the project size and materials involved.
Installation
Most accent walls take 1 to 2 days. Media walls usually take 2 to 4 days. Larger custom projects with fireplace, cabinetry, lighting, or painting can take 5 to 7 days or more. We give you a clear timeline before we start.
You do not need to stay home the entire time. We typically need access to the work area, a quick walkthrough at the start, and your final approval when the project is complete.
Custom wall work involves cutting, sanding, and painting, which creates some dust. We protect your floors and surrounding area, keep the space organized throughout, and do a full cleanup before we leave.
Yes. We walk through the finished project with you, review every detail, and make sure everything looks exactly right before we leave. Your approval is the last step, not an afterthought.
Yes. We work around existing outlets and switches. If outlets need to be moved or added for a clean result, we review that with you before starting so there are no surprises.
Please remove small personal items, decorations, and anything fragile near the work area. If large furniture needs to be moved, we can discuss it before the project starts.
Materials
Depending on the project, we use PVC marble panels, wood panels, MDF trim, wall panels, framing materials, paint, LED lighting, electric fireplaces, shelves, and cabinets. We recommend the best material for your design and budget.
Yes. PVC marble panels are a popular choice because they are lightweight, water-resistant, easy to maintain, and create a clean modern luxury look without the cost and weight of real stone.
It depends on the look you want. Wood panels create a warm, natural feel, while PVC marble panels create a cleaner, more contemporary luxury look. We can help you choose what fits your space best.
In many cases yes. We can install client-provided materials if they are suitable for the project. We always recommend checking with us first to avoid issues with sizing, quality, or compatibility with your wall.
Yes. Many trim and accent wall projects include painting. For some projects, the client may provide the paint, especially if a specific wall color is needed.
Warranty & Quality
Yes. We offer a 3-year workmanship warranty on our installation. If anything related to our work needs attention, we will review it and take care of it.
The warranty covers issues directly related to our installation work. If something connected to how the wall was built, fitted, or finished needs attention, we will come back and resolve it.
Contact us and send pictures of the issue. We will review it and let you know the best solution. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with the result.
Our goal is to make the project look clean, custom, and professionally finished. We want the wall to feel like it belongs in your home — not like something randomly added later.
